Our team has taken care of the conditions under which staying with your pet will be pleasant for you, your friend, and other hotel guests.
Importantly: Staying at the hotel with pets is possible from the Junior Suite category.
Conditions for living with pets:
- When checking into a hotel with a pet, the Guest pays a cash deposit of 500 $ as a guarantee in case of possible damage to the hotel property.
- If there are no damages, the deposit is fully refunded after departure.
- In addition to the deposit, a one-time payment of 4,000 UAH is required upon check-in as a payment for general cleaning after staying with a pet.
The price includes:
- odor elimination;
- hair removal;
- additional washing of bed linen;
- dry cleaning of a pet bed.
Pet kit in the room
For maximum comfort for your furry friend in the room, we are preparing a special set:
- comfortable bed;
- food and water bowls;
- diapers;
- goodies.
Rules for pets staying on the hotel premises
For the comfort of all guests, we ask you to follow simple rules:
- In the hotel's guest areas, pets must be kept on a leash or in the arms of the owner, not allowed to run around or be left unattended.
- Don't leave your pet alone.
- The guest is responsible for the behavior of his pet and undertakes to treat the hotel property and territory with care.
